Questions
Do I need to open any ports?
No. The Monitor only makes outgoing requests to askarr.com; nothing reaches into your network.
What do I need?
A Windows 10 or 11 PC that can reach your Radarr and/or Sonarr, and a Connections account to sign in.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Request from any browser; the Monitor on your PC does the adding.
What counts as a request?
Each title you add to your list. Free includes 10 a month, Plus 50, Pro unlimited; the count resets on the first of each month, UTC.
Can Askarr see my library?
No. The Monitor only tells Askarr whether each request was added, was already there, or failed.
Where are my API keys stored?
Only on your PC, encrypted with Windows DPAPI.
I had an Askarr account before. What happens to it?
Sign in with Connections using the same email address and your list and username come with you.
Is there a Mac or Linux Monitor?
Not yet; the Monitor is Windows only today.
How do referrals work?
